Terms and Conditions

Initial Term. We require an initial term of 3 months. For this you pay just
$397 per month, once to start, and then subsequently each month on
your signup date.

Ongoing Subscription. Prior to the end of your initial 90 days (we’ll remind you
ahead of time), if you decide to extend your initial engagement, we will bill
continue to bill you $297 each month on your signup date.

Termination. Following your 90 day initial term, you can cancel at any time with
just 30 days notice. We require this notice to wind-down your project and
smoothly transition you off of our system.

You fund your Facebook budget. You pay this directly to Facebook. We are not
“marking up” your ad cost. Note: It is vital for your success with our system
that you keep Facebook funded.

You control your Facebook budget. We will never exceed the budget you’ve set.
We will provide our best recommendations and will manage to whatever
number you set, but a minimum of $5/day is required for full operation, and it is
almost always to your benefit to spend twice that ($10/day). Whatever you
choose, we will allocate your budget to campaigns based on our analysis and
experience, but it is always subject to your review and approval.

Suspension and Resumption. Any monthly billing over 5 days past due will
result in suspension of the service. Rest assured that this will not happen as a
surprise: your account manager will be contacting you with 24 business hours
of any failed invoice.

Pausing Service. There is no provision to “take a break” from Full Funnel
Marketing. We have direct costs in starting and stopping service for you, so if
you elect to stop for any amount of time, for fundamental technical and
workflow reasons, we must treat that as a cancellation.

Easy Monthly Payments

  • To get started, pay just $1293 for your first month. You are billed monthly on your anniversary date in months 2 and 3 to
    complete your 90 day setup period.
  • Months 4 and beyond are automatically rebilled just $297 for the complete, top to bottom, Full Funnel Marketing service.
  • After your 3 month initial setup period, you can cancel at anytime with just 30 days notice.
  • You fund and control your Facebook budget! We’ll provide our best recommendation and will manage to whatever
    number you set, but you are always in control. A minimum of $5/day is required for full operation, but we generally
    recommend twice that for best performance. Whatever you choose, we will allocate your budget to campaigns based
    on our analysis and experience, but it is all subject to your review and approval. We will also alert you to additional
    opportunities to grow as we find them!

Full Operation!

  • Continue to run and manage all 4 campaigns.
  • Provide on-going reporting in our collaboration portal.
  • Recommend changes in Facebook spend where appropriate.
  • Adjust Facebook campaign allocations monthly.
  • Quarterly planning meeting via phone and screen-share to review targeting and adjustments to strategy.
  • No long term contract – cancel anytime with just 30 days notice.

Phase 3 – Bottom of Funnel

  • Continue to run and manage the four campaigns setup in phases 1 and 2.
  • Setup your email subscriber campaign in Facebook.
  • Adjust and reallocate Facebook budget to fund new campaign.
  • Begin testing new or modified Top of Funnel audience.

Phase 2 – Middle of Funnel

  • Continue to run and manage the campaigns setup in phase 1.
  • Setup your middle of funnel campaign.
  • Adjust and reallocate Facebook budget to fund new campaign.
  • Review and enhance measurement and tracking in Google Analytics.
  • Provide CTA recommendations to help you monetize your blog.
  • Create and publish at least two unique blog posts each week.
  • Syndicate and promote your blog posts to Facebook and Twitter.

Phase 1 – Top of Funnel

  • Define your target Avatar and configure it in Facebook.
  • Setup your top two campaigns (“Attract” and “Educate”).
  • Identify curated sources of “dog whistle content” to attract your audience.
  • Setup and run the content promotion machine.
  • Run Top of Funnel content to your social media pages.
  • Get your content creation and publishing machine ready for phase 2.
  • Consult with you to make sure your blog is ready for phase 2.

Reporting

We’ll always provide monthly
updates
and respond to questions in
our collaboration portal, but every
quarter you’ll also have a one-on-one
screen-share with your personal
account manager
to review
performance, answer any extended
questions, and discuss any
recommended improvements.

Operation

We run the system! We select the
topics and create content for top of
funnel. We then amplify it on social,
along with your middle and bottom of
funnel content, and manage your paid
promotions on Facebook.
